Is everything that you make really organic?
Yes! Our products are USDA Certified organic or made with certified organic.
Are your products made in the U.S.?
Yes, all of our products are made in our small certified organic production facility in Portland, Oregon.
Are your products vegan?
Our line is vegan with no animal testing whatsoever. We are vegan.org and Leaping Bunny certified and we do not purchase from suppliers who are unable to prove that they are certified organic & cruelty-free.
Do your products contain gluten?
None of our products contain gluten or gluten-derived ingredients.
Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?
Our products contain organic essential oils, we recommend that you consult your physician before using during pregnancy/while nursing.
Where do you source your materials from?
The majority of our ingredients are sourced from within the United States. As our lab is USDA Certified Organic they have to provide very specific documentation to make sure they align with the guidelines of the USDA.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Since our products are all-organic and we do not use any unnatural preservatives at all, our products do have a shelf life of typically 12 months. If our products are kept out of direct sunlight and at room temperature or below, they will stay fresher longer.
When is the best time to apply the facial oil? Can I wear makeup over facial oil?
We recommend applying our facial oils after cleansing and toning, morning and night. Your face does not need to be completely dry to apply facial oil, in fact, it is helpful and increases fast absorption and spreadability if your face is slightly damp. You can wear makeup over facial oil. Let your skin absorb the oils for 3–5 minutes before applying makeup since the oil does need time to sink in. If your skin feels oily after this, you are using too much facial oil. If your skin feels dry and you want more moisture, you are probably not using enough facial oil. The oil should absorb in fully and not leave any greasy/oily feeling at all. Your skin will feel hydrated and soft/smooth after applying the correct amount. Most people need 1-3 drops — please adjust accordingly to your skin’s individual needs.
Do your products contain any nut oils?
Yes, these types of nut oil typically do not irritate people with nut allergies, but we recommend consulting your doctor first if you have a nut allergy.
SHIPPING
How soon can I expect my order?
All items ordered and paid for will ship within 24 hours, unless otherwise noted in description of product or on our website.
For U.S. Orders:
We primarily ship through UPS & USPS. After shipping, please allow another 2-5 business days for your order to arrive.
For International Orders:
Please allow up to four weeks for your order to arrive after shipping. Usually it will arrive sooner, but customs departments do have the right to hold items and there is not much we can do about this. Also, we do not pay for anything to be released from customs to you. All sales are final, no returns.
Shipping rates:
Our products are enclosed in all glass or PET vessels, and are quite heavy. We take every measure to safely package our ingredients to your doorstop to ensure safe arrival and hence shipping may be slightly higher than one might expect.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
If at any time within 30 days of receipt you are not happy with the product bought from mizzbloom.com & shipped within the US, please email us and we will replace or refund your product. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. All returns are free and a label will be provided. Once a return is received at our offices, we will process the return in 3-5 business days. Once we email you the shipping label for the return, you have 30 days for the products to arrive back to our office.

Our Customer Service team is available M-F 8am - 5pm pst. We do our best to respond to all customers within 48 hours. Response times may be extended during holidays, promotions and immediately following launches/restocks. Inquiries are answered in the order they are received; please do not send multiple emails as this will place you at the end of the queue.
